Born and educated in Guernsey, Andrew joined AP Group in July 2001 as a recruitment consultant on the finance desk and was appointed manager in March 2002.
His varied career in retail and the travel industry gave him a good understanding of Guernsey’s commercial world and he specialised in that area of recruitment for several years, tasked with developing AP Commercial’s presence in Guernsey and Jersey, prior to the formation of AP Technical in 2006. Once this division was up and running, Andrew’s experience in electronics manufacturing made him the ideal consultant to manage the development of the operation. He is now focusing on AP Group’s technical recruitment in Guernsey, Jersey and the Isle of Man as well as internationally.
Andrew holds Associate Membership of REC and is an Affiliate CIPD member. He is currently studying for the REC Diploma in Recruitment.

John brings a specialised element to our Cyprus office with his background in IT. Having worked for several years in the UK equivalent of Silicon Valley in and around Bracknell, John has experience in various aspects of IT from hardware distribution to telecom solutions. John looks after IT and technical recruitment in Cyprus and the Middle East.

Mikkel is a specialist IT recruiter, with seven years experience. Born and educated in Denmark, he has worked in recruitment for most of his career. Mikkel moved to Geneva this year from Denmark where he was working for an IT recruitment company. Complementing the IT recruiters based in Channel Islands and Cyprus, Mikkel oversees all IT and Telecoms recruitment in Switzerland and Benelux, as well as selected wealth management roles in Benelux too. He speaks fluent English, Scandinavian languages, German and some French.
